My daughters were thrilled to get their own letters and goodies in the mail. They were especially intrigued by the Kool-Aid that was also written in French. Comment: Thanks. I think it might be a bit short though... Response: it needs to be at least long enough that the beads are NOT inside the pages but hang freely past or they will damage the pages. Most novels are at least 7-8" high and handcover are more like 9-10". The space between your beads was only 4" or so.
