Comment: barbara, i'm disappointed in what you sent for this swap. the labels you sent me are not profile-specific, uneven, smudged, and there are less than 30. also, you clicked sent on 4/14, but it's postmarked 5/20, almost a month after the send date. i am totally okay with a delay, but you never communicated with me and i would hope that after a delay that long, you would have sent something amazing. i will re-rate if you re-send.
