So sorry for your disapointment. I hope you will consider revising the feedback when this swap has been recieved. As stated in my profile, I got behind on swaps due to illness and have from the beginning tried to contact everyone to assure all my partners that the obligations will be fulfilled-just later than even I hoped for. It is my understanding that it is suggested that partners message before rating a 1. Since I did not hear from you, I guess I thought you understood the situation. Again, I apoligize for the delay and am truly sorry for your disapointment. This swap, along with all others, will be fulfilled.
