Comment: Thanks for the lovely PC of the Royal Mail Ship Queen Elisabeth. My father was transported to the Pacific on the Queen during WW-II. In fact, in the photo on the PC, she is painted as a group ship. I wonder if that is my dad, hanging over the rail? He said he spent more time being moved around on ships than he did on the ground and he didn't like one minute of it.
