Comment: When we signed up for both the Mega ATC swap and this one, we agreed on 20 ATCs combined and the rating would be the same for both. So please see my message for her there.

Comment: Technically I got something for this swap. However, the ATCs I got were not made by her. Especially since she unashamedly says 'you would have gotten ATCs from other people anyway'. She is referring to the fact that this swap was supposed to be 5 ATCs to each of 4 partners. When we were the only two who signed up, I asked her if she would still like to send 20 or only 5. She said 20. So I expected 20 MADE BY HER as per the original swap. This was never a trade of ATCs made by others. What a scam! I might just think that she really is simply delusional thinking this is an acceptable substitute except she currently has 4 OTHER ratings of 1 and some 3s. I did give her the opportunity to return 15 of my ATCs and send 5 of her own and I offered to return the 20 ATCs she sent if she gave me a SASE so I did try to resolve this with her. I told her unless she sent me her own work it was like stealing and she accused me of being a thief even though I only wanted to receive her OWN WORK. (and offered to return the rest). The nerve! I am soooo glad she is suspended and not planning on coming back. If she ever changes her mind, (she will probably sign up under another name) please do not let her in your swaps! I originally rated this a 1 and still feel this is warranted as she tried to pull a fast one not including any note as to why she sent other's work. I did not receive ANYTHING SHE MADE in a swap where this WAS REQUIRED! However, TECHNICALLY a 3 is correct and my comments shall have to reflect my disgust. As I am a officer and hostess on many groups, I feel that I must rate a 3 to maintain the confidence of those in my groups who worry that I may rate them unfairly one day. As long as you are honest and sincere, you will always get along with me here. This member was not honest AT ALL and has made no effort to resolve this.
