Comment: I have never rec'd my book nor any contact from you. Thankfully, I was angeled my book.

Comment: I am sorry to have to rate that with a one, but I never got anything from you. No letter, no message, nothing. Deadline was on 3rd January, you marked it sent on 5th January, but even today - five weeks later - I got nothing. I will change this rating if I will ever receive this letter.

Comment: I haven't received my book and when I contacted her, she has never responded.

Comment: I've been struggling with this rating for a while. In August or September, I told you to forget about it, but I realize how wrong saying that was. The due date was in July, which you missed. Only a week plus after the deadline did I get a PM from you. You marked sent almost mid-August. Never received the package after you marked sent. I guess when I told you to forget about it, I thought you would do the right thing and resend. I understand life happens and maybe after life was so hectic for you, you would take responsibility for your package. I realize that you decided to sign-up for my swap, no one made you do this. With signing up for a swap, you take responsibility in sending it on time and making sure that it reaches the recipient, two things you did not do. I am willing to change to a 3, but I'm quite disappointed that you couldn't send out such a fun swap. I'm rating because we are all a part of this swap-bot community and it is our job to keep the community safe, as well as fun. If swappers are not taking responsibility, something has to be done.

Comment: if I receive this swap I will gladly change the rating but as of now I haven't received my swap nor a response to any emails about it :(
