Comment: I've received your swap only now, it looks like there were some problems with the post service as the letter has been franked twice, once in 2019 and ce in 2020... Anyway, it's an interesting experience you have to share, even if painful for you but it's good to read you found the courage to fight your demons. I myself suffer from anxiety and although I've never needed to go to a hospital, I can imagine how hard it may be. Keep thinking of the beautiful things in life! I hope your parents and you will be able to move and 2020 will be better for you!
