Comment: Sorry to rate a 1, but you marked sent on June 22. When I contacted you, you promised to send on July 16. I still have not received it. I will re-rate when the ATC arrives. RE-RATE 8-2-2011 ATC arrived today. It was nicely done, and thanks for the extras.

Comment: Received 6/28/2011. It is a 3 rating because I had to contact sender about lateness-I understand she was in the hospital. But no communication was given till I initiated it, and the swap was originally marked "Sent" well before sent.
Response: I changed when I marked sent. It was ready to go when I marked it the first time. I didn't want to change it or to contact partners until I was well enough and knew when it could actually be sent. I'll take the 3, instead of the 1. Hope you enjoyed what came and would rather focus on that.

Comment: I changed this swap from a 1 to a 3. If you would have messaged me that you was going to be late I would have understood and waited. You did have four weeks to send this swap. It was a very nice atc too.
Response: My apologies for the lack of communication. I agree but those wks were blurry due to the headaches and I slept most of them away... Thanks for giving me a 3. I'll take it. I'm glad that you enjoyed it.
