Comment: Thanks for the lovely postcard! I cannot even imagine -14degreesF - & I do not mean it as a figure of speech - I really cannot imagine! Happy Spring! Postcard reached soon enough! Hey! You forgot to mention the swap name - do remember!
Comment: Thank you for the post card. It truly isn't a very pretty card. I find some "steampunk" interesting but this one --- not so much. You said it was 20 degrees there. It's colder than that here. Thanks again.
Comment: Thank you! The card is adorable! And yes Massapequa is about 35-40 minutes out on a good (and I stress that "good" part haha!) traffic day. I don't get out there to often but I have been once or twice to a few weddings! Nice little township!
Comment: Loving the postcard, Alaska is one of the places I want to visit. I winter and very cold weather. Pity it doesn't get very cold in the UK. We also have very similar interests which is pretty cool. Happy holidays!
Comment: Oh my goodness, Alison, your envelope arrived filled with future flowers! I'm going to plant the seeds tomorrow and then patiently wait for spring to bring Alaska's State Flower: Forget-Me-Not, Wild Iris, Artic Lupine and Fireweed. Thank you for the extra special package! I hope we are swap partners again soon.
Response: holy crap! that was fast! only put it in the mail on friday. glad you liked!
Comment: Thanks Alison for the lovely pc of the humpback whale! Loved it! So glad you see that you have owl medicine! Awesome! I run owl medicine myself even though it was not one of my original animal totems! Anyway thank you for the halloween wishes and it has been an awesome time! The holidays are amoung us! Hope yours will be marvelous too!
Comment: I'm extremely sorry for the late rating. I found a bunch of postcards that fell down behind the couch. I've been going crazy looking for them again I'm extremely sorry for the late rating Thank you for the Wonderful postcard.
Response: No worries! We just got back from out of state, so I will be late with my ratings as well! (:
Comment: Thanks for the cute card, Alison! My sons always call Fort Collins "FoCo" - and you're right, it's a nice town. I cringed with what you said about NY humidity--I'm going next week (2 days in NYC and then 5 more up the Hudson River Valley) and we Coloradans just aren't used to humidity--I can practically feel my hair curling now! Thanks for a great swap.
Comment: Thank you for the teas (I'm especially looking forward to the raspberry-hibiscus one), cute little stickers, and nice note! I'd love to see a pic of your dreads; I've considered them but am not sure I'm ready for all the opposition I'd get!
Comment: Wow so surprise to see your address! My brother lived in Wasilla for 3-4 years. I never got to visit but it looks beautiful there. It's so cold here this year. I was totally shocked to see the warm hat, I have a pink one just like it and needed a black one! ( had to wear hat today ). So you deserve a big a Thanks!!
Comment: Hi Allison. Thank you for the great swap! Basil is one of my favorite spices. Wolves are beautiful and I actually saw one here once in a Colorado National Forest when we were cutting down a Christmas tree. :0) I've always heard Alaska is beautiful. Sounds like your trip there was quite exciting! Patricia
Comment: Thanks for this terrific postcard of Texas and the capitol! Texas is one of the remaining states that we have yet to visit. Sounds like a great place to head to when the WNY winters are howling around us.
