I don't know why they fascinate me so much. Stephanie Plum is just the best. I've fallen a little behind on the latest ones, but I really love the fourth one. .

Response: You are very welcome! I don't know what they are called so I don't know if there is a tutorial but they are pretty simple. I make one envelope out of a light weight paper and a second one out of vellum - they are the same size. Glue 3 sides together on the flaps, glue an address area on the flat side, add the confetti, and then glue the 4th/last flap together. They're easy to make and a lot of fun.
