Comment: I completely understand family conflicts as my family is also going through a major trial... I am being very courteous by giving you a 5 on this as I see NO "Christmas ornament" on this!!! The scrapbook paper scraps with a bow and some sloppy outlining... ...... Let me just say I was disappointed. Sorry if this is harsh, but I believe in honesty.
Response: You'll get a different one in the mail ... Sorry ... Thanks for being honest. Just don't hold your breathin anticipation. :-)
Comment: Nice. Thanks. Unfortunately the envelop came ripped and had no magnet (as stated from your note). It must have stuck to one of the machines and was torn out during the process. Thanks for the thought...
Response: Oh dear, was the magnet damaged otherwise? Please let me know and I will send another magnet for sure. Thanks for making me aware of the situation.
Comment: Thank you love the ATC! You did a great job! Thanks for sharing your creativity with me. I hope you will continue to stay with the series.
Response: I certainly hope to continue with the series, so if my name does not show up, let me know since I probably just missed it accidently! Am watching the San Diego Padres and the New Orleans Saints Football game right now and all the players, managers, refs and the whole works are wearing pink in honor of October, being Breast Cancer Awareness!!! I think that is great!!!
By the way, have u seen the Maxine Cartoon, that points out specificly how important it is to have your mammogram? If not, get on my facebook and I will send it to you!!! "Get those "pumpkins" smashed!!!
Response: I hope u are not terribly disappointed with the 2nd set of warm/cool ATC's I sent u. I know they were late getting sent. I do wonder what happened to the first set I sent. Am just glad u let me know that u hadn't received them. Thanks again for saving me from a lousy rating!
Comment: Thank you for the cards. :) Not really my thing but I'm sure there come in useful down the line.
Response: You might have a birthday come up or someone not feeling well and then you might find a use for them. Or else just drop them off at a Senior Center or Nursing Home. They could probably use them also! Anyhow, it's what I do best ... So u were the lucky recipitent!!!!
Comment: Hi Pam! I got your ATC for the Awesome Butterflies for Awesome Swappers Swap today and it is BEAUTIFUL! I love what you did with the glitter, and the paper flower is really cool too :) Thank you for the lovely paper magnets, too!
Comment: Great ribbon card-you know I love the color combination and then the extras....how creative and lovely-I see now they are magnets-even the better-will hang them up and admire them-thanks for swapping-you are very generous!!!!!!!
Comment: Thank you for the ATC and pretty extras. A few of the gemstones came off, but I can glue them back. I've discovered in mailing these, sometimes we have to wrap them because these little stones come off quite easily.
Response: Thanks for letting me know! Will take your advice!!!! Happy Swapping!!!!
Comment: Thank you very much for the lovely ATC! :D I especially liked the magnets you send me too, they are so cute! They decorate my fridge now, it must be very happy to carry such adorable things ;P ♥
Comment: Thanks for the neat Amethyst ATC you made for me. Sorry for the delay in rating. I just got back from vacation and had mountain of mail (and laundry!!) Thanks for the extras, too. Did you make them on a cricket? We just got one!
Response: Nope, didn't use a Cricut! Have dies that I purchased. Am hoping to get some posted on Etsy soon. They are fun to make! Glad to hear u r enjoying the ATC! I think the gem stone is one of my favorites!
Comment: Got your package and loved the little magnets. Did you cut them yourself? I want to suggest that you don't wrap your atc in a napkin - the napkin stuck to the letter. Wax paper or plastic wrap would be better ;)
Response: Thanks for the info about the napkin ... Will change my method of sending. Appreciate your letting me know.
Yes, I do my own magnets. Kind of fun to make and share. Enjoy doing that. Glad u liked them.
Again thanks again for the info. By the way, could u get all of the napkin off or did it wreck or damage the Zen C? If so I will replace. Please let me know! Thanks a bunch!!!
Comment: The flowery E's are just delightful! Thanks so much. The extra little magnets are so neat! Did you use a punch to make those?
Response: Happy to hear u r enjoying the "E/e" cards and the magnets. I had a tricky time coming up with a small letter e that I was satisfied with. Those curvy letters are tricky.
The magnets are made from geo-dies that I have. I love how they make up. They are kind of expensive, but so much fun to use. If u or someone u know is interested in any of these typse of magnets, I plan on selling these on "etsy" in the near future. Just let me know! Anyhow, glad to hear u r enjoying all!!!
Comment: One of my favorite ATCs, really lovely and creative. And thank you for the magnets, equally creative, the black and white is on my fridge -- and not just any ol' magnet gets on there LOL! Thanks again for such a super swap!
Comment: Thank you for the pretty D and d. And both in my favorite colors! The crafted magnets are great too! I might see if I can figure out how to do that "fancy" one :)
Response: Happy u r enjoying all ... The fridge magnets are made from die cuts that I purchased at a local craft store. I use the cuttlebug to make them. Using the die, it cuts the pattern and all the person making them has to do is to fold and tuck, plus adding embellishments! I'm not even sure which ones I sent you. I just pick and mail! If u r interested in making them, they are called geo-dies, and they are expensive!!! I am in the process of considering going on etsy and another local program and selling these. My major problem at the moment is to decide how much I would charge for them. So u can either check on the web for the company or if u are interested in more I could make them for u, with a charge. And if that is the case, maybe u could take a photo of the one u really enjoyed and email it to me. Then if u let me know the colors and such, I could help u out.
Glad they worked out for u!!!
Comment: So sorry to hear about your recent hospitalization--hope you are doing better! Thank you for sending all three of the flowers I needed--very generous of you! And I am fascinated by those little doily/die-cut things you sent--very cool! Where are you in Iowa? I went to college in Orange City, between Sioux Falls and Sioux City.
Response: Happy u enjoyed the ATC and the extra! I'm from Ledyard, Iowa ... a town of 137 people, give or take who had puppies! Some times I think that the number of pups is counted in the population number!!! We live nine miles south of the Minnesota border. The largest town in the area is Algona, Iowa which is straight south of us, about 30 miles.
So how did u end up at the college in Orange City??? Neat place, especially in the spring and around the tulip celebration!!!
Comment: I just love your ATC. You have certainly given me some new ideas. I'm trying to decide how I will use the little pocket you made. The beautiful flower magnet is already on the refrigerator. Your envelope was awaiting my return from New Orleans. Thank you very much! Happy Swapping.
Comment: I wish i could draw as well as you. Thanks for the extras too, we have the magnet on the fridge now, and i wanna so learn how you did that!!! LOVE IT
Response: Have been checking out the comments that I've received from different people about the magnets I usually send along. The fridge magnets are made from die cuts that I purchased at a local craft store. I use the cuttlebug to make them. Using the die, it cuts the pattern and all the person making them has to do is to fold and tuck, plus adding embellishments! If u r interested in making any, they are called geo-dies, and they are expensive!!! I am in the process of considering going on etsy and another local program and selling the refrigerator magnets. My major problem at the moment is to decide how much I will charge for them. So u can either check on the web for the company or if u are interested in more I could make them for u, at a reasonable cost. Let me know if u r interested!!!
Comment: Thanks for the card, made by your daughter?
Response: It was a co-work of art!!! She wanted to do something on it, so I let her help me out! She loved it and I would not be one bit surprised if she didn't join the Swat--bot Admin! She graduates from college in about three weeks or so, and then maybe!!!! Anyhow she had a great time! Do have to admit that I did the magnetic flowers myself ... Those are not her thing! Hope u enjoyed all!!!
Comment: Got your card, great job for your first. My friends call me Tina so I love the T and I love that color green. Thanks again. I have a "Zentangle your Hand" swap I am hosting if you are interested.
So what is a "Zentangle Your Hand" Swap??? Sounds interesting and yes I'm pretty sure I am interested!!!
That green is one of my favorites too! I just signed up for the Zentangle W ... a few minutes ago! Thanks for your response ... Am really enjoying this!!! Thanks again!!!
