Comment: Thanks so much for the pretty card! I’ve read the first two Outlander books and watched part of the show but haven’t finished either all the way. This will help me get back into it I think!
Response: I’m glad to hear you’re happy! I’ve taken my time about reading the Outlander series. I love it too much to rush. You’re in a great spot to take a side tangent and read the John Grey mysteries! I adored them too.
Comment: I love Bali and have always wanted to visit but have not explored the sites online. Your Pinterest board really showed me what I am missing and I loved the "Doors of Heaven" temple photo the best! Thank you!
Response: I loved the doors of heaven photo, as well! & that some of those food photos are attached to recipes, I forgot to mention that in my message :)
Comment: Thank you for your notecard and the cute magnetic bookmark! I'm not too sure the book is of interest to me but it's a fun swap, for sure!
Response: You really have to care about hiking or about Christian thinking to love the book. I care about hiking, so it keeps me intrigued. Right now, I’d give it a 4/5. I’m glad you liked your bookmark :)
Comment: The way you organized your board was just terrific! I liked going down the ladder of each rung!
I am so impressed, because I have no clue how to make my board look like that.Your selections were very heartfelt and that chosen with care. Will send you my link just for fun.
Response: I’m glad you enjoyed it! If you go to any board you already have, there should be a button that says “add sectionâ€. It’ll ask you to name it and choose stuff to put in it. After that, you can choose to pin stuff directly to that section :)
Comment: Love the coloring paper you used for the letter! I'm a former English teacher, and I have to say that I've never much cared for Wuthering Heights either. I grew to appreciated it, but I much prefer Jane Eyre. Much stronger female character!
Response: I’m glad you like it! I may switch to Jane Eyre and let Withering Heights go. I’ve had a paperback of that one lying around for ages.
Comment: I wish I could give you an 11 and 17 hearts. Thank you for a beautiful and interesting letter on a snowy day! I love everything about it.... the paper, the typewritten-ness, the brief tease of a book. Thank you!
Comment: Thank you for the nice soup board. I was a bit disappointed because for some reason, I was not able to re-pin any of the recipes. I think maybe it was because you have them separated into sub categories. That is the only reason that I can think of. I have never had a problem with re-pinning before. Thanks for the effort. 🤗. I was able to fix the problem with Pinterest. Not sure what it was but I went back and pinned a bunch of your pins. Thanks for resending your link.
Response: You should try visting again. My other partners were able to repin. Still, I’m glad you liked the board :) —> Yay! I’m glad that worked!
Comment: dear lori, i just got your card... so nice. i'm glad that you have the chance to send something to my country :) and you're right... we are entering to the hot summer.
i'm agnostic so i celebrate in family this holiday wishing joy and happiness to everyone or as a friend joke. "feliz nada" (happy nothing)
Response: My family would be so upset if I said happy nothing. I think it’s pretty funny, though :)
Comment: Thank you. I see you used a typewriter on the envelope. I’ve been wanting one for about five years now, my husband says I can use the computer. It’s just not the same. I love that you typed the address. Merry Christmas.
Response: Typewriters are so much less distracting than computers and they look beautiful, when your not using them. I do hope you get one. I came on mine in a thrift shop and got it for decoration price, since they thought it didn’t work. It just needed a few pokes, they’re fairly simple machines.
Comment: Thanks so much for your glittery Halloween card! It was really fast (only 8 days!)...
Thanks for the extras you put in the envie! I love those litte sheets of note-paper. And the idea with the Quater is so cool! My first one from Kentucky!!! :D
Thanks for sharing some of your Halloween traditions! I will soon write you back! (okay... perhaps just after the holidays... ;)
Response: I'm glad that it arrived well on time! And that my extras were fun for you. I always try to use a KY quarter, when I write to someone new from out of the country, if I have one lying around. I'll happily send you some other coins, if you like. With washi and a sturdy card, it's easy enough to hide a few. I'll be pleased to hear from you :)
