I am also fighting another UTI and am on antibiotics for 3 months to try to get rid of them. Yes, I managed to get through Christmas with my kids all home for first time in 5 yrs. I'd not seen my son and his fiance in 1 1/2 years! Also, I managed to travel to my son's wedding this past weekend--it wasn't easy both because of infection but also because of my chronic pain caused by several autoimmune conditions. Additionally, as a deacon I've had to bake for, set up, serve dessert and coffee following 5 funerals in one month! We have to hand wash serving trays and coffee maker, lemonade/ice tea dispensers, etc. It is a huge responsibility. Add that to my UTIs and chronic pain issues, and I've had a dreadfully exhausting start for the year. You might also need to know that I only joined the Flip-Book swap because you had only one person join. I thought I'd be kind and help you out a bit, and this is what I get in return. I never could have expected that 5 people in our church would die in one month! How could I have known when I was signing up to help you out that I'd be hit with that many funeral/memorial services to work. I don't know how the item was marked sent--I'll change that. And I will make your Christmas Flipbook again as the first try just wasn't going to work---flaws in the method I was following on You Tube. I've found a better site and will adapt from it. I owe one person an ATC which I'll do quickly. In fact, she told me to get some rest before traveling and then to enjoy the wedding and "THEN" to get the ATC made once I was home and rested up from the travel and wedding. That's the kind of friends I enjoy working with on Swap-Bot; we work with each other and go with the flow of life as it hits us, often physically as in my case. After finishing these two items I am considering quitting Swap Bot entirely. I could start making art I can keep or share with my family--I can keep up with BDay cards for my family, and many other things, especially keeping up with caring for my home and garden.I will have to think about that for a bit.
