Comment: I'm really sorry but I have to leave you a 3. Deadline was Aug 27, you pushed Sept 1 - I received no PM from you letting me know it would be late, I had to message you. I received the ATC today with a postmark of Sept 6th. The ATC was just a printed out picture, which was pixellated thrown on cardstock and you rubbed blue glitter glue all over it. I was pretty disappointed with receiving it. I understand personal issues have come up - which I am sorry about but I believe in rating fairly. Communication when you will be late is key.
