Response: I don't understand. I sent you a red and yellow mandala a few days after your memo. Didn't you get it? Evidently not if you are rating me. As you can see, I have done over 3,000 swaps and have over 5,000 fives. I do send my swaps out to have such a good rating. I am sorry you didn't like the first mandala I made you (it wasn't a pot holder and wasn't something I had hanging around the house). I have already spent over $25.00 in shipping charges which is a lot for me. I think you have already made of your mind that I am a bad swapper. Sent another and have not heard any word from her. There is no more I feel I can do, but hope whoever reads this will understand I did everything in my power to make this swapper happy and she has not responded.

Response: Sorry that I was a day late. When I put it in my mailbox I don't know when it gets posted, I hope it gets posted that day. Being disabled and having a hard time walking doesn't get me to the PO some days especially if it is raining. To top it off my Husband had a serious operation(cancer) around that time. I took special care in making you some different tawashi. Hope you can take it upon yourself to rerate me. Shirley After giving me this rating she has not be on line since so I'm stuck with a three.
