A great big Thank you to everyone who participated in the first Candyland swap... Here is number 2! Queen Frostine with a great big thank you to @shortmommy23 for the suggestion. Basic ATC size. Use whatever you want, collage, glitter, watercolor, color pencils, coloring books anything your little heart desires just make sure Queen Frostine is the heart of your ATC.
