Description:
This is going to be a quick turn around. This is a scraps only ATC swap. We all have those pieces of scrap designer papers that we know we will use sometime. Well this is your sometime. You are going to have 1 partner and create 2 ATC's. Basic ATC swap standards apply. Be at least 2 layers one of them being strong cardstock(no flimsey 1 layer ATC's allowed) Make this something that you would want to receive. Any theme. You must have a rating of 4.8 unless this is your first swap then you may play along(we all have to start somewhere)

Also, I have one question about ATC's, I know the size they must be, but do they have an inside and an outside (in otherwords, are they folded?), or, is it one sided?

Hello there, No they are not folded but you can fold them as long as the (closed) size is 2.5 X 3.5 Thanks a bunch and I will take care of the sign up!

So um, is this just an ATC of scraps or can we add other embellishments to it?!?

Basically you are making an ATC using scraps but may use other items as well. Anything you want to use!!
