Crocheting Time

What about a requirement on time spent/ size of item. There's a heck of a difference between an afghan and a book-cover. I think some firmer guidelines are needed.

The items you make can be bookmarks, a small scarf to sit under a lamp or dish. It can be a start of an afghan--then your partner can finish it=but please nothing huge to mail. We do not want you to send a huge afghan. You may make a small pet blanket-- someone made one for my cat--and she loves it to sleep on.

Hey this is my first time doing this so yeah i am really excited to receive my partner as well what do you guys like to crochet?? I like to crochet fashion items.

I extended the time-so it will be awhile for partners-but only extended it to give everyone a chance to crochet. I made an afghan that looks like a quilt-did individula squares and it took me 4 months or more to complete it as a throw for my bed. But it turned out great. Just finished one for a friend of mine-done in the Tampa Bay Bucs colors-sort of.

This is my first time too, i'm so happy. I have my partner assigned now. I have so many ideas, i just have to get the material and start working.

Too bad that my partner never filled out her profile, nor has she been on here but once since she joined! I guess it will be a shot in the dark!

I'm one of those who didn't receive their item yet, its a pity that the person not even contacted me once or at least let me know that there was going to be a delay or not item at all. I know that things happen and understand that but a simple note would be enough.
