Anita Blake

I love the Antia Blake series, and I know there are many of us here that love it too. I am inviting those of us who are HUGE FANS or willing to give the series a try, a chance to make a piece of art. It can be a collage with the theme of Anita Blake or a drawing or a painting. Anything but digital is accepted for this. You can use the comic for inspiration.

This is for people who have more than 4 type 3 swaps and a rating of at least 4.8. This is a project, not just a quick swap.

This one will be for the first 4 books... (Guilty pleasures,laughing corpse and Circus of the damned and Lunatic cafe)

1)So choose your scene(s) and character(s) carefully.

2)With this you will also explain your art to the partner. This way, they can see what is going on from your eyes. Allowing you to have your art appreciated for the beauty that it truly is.

3) Do not fold this. Put a sturdy piece of cardboard for packing and if you can, put a sleeve on it to prevent it from getting wet and wrecked. Or you can use a bubble envelope (the plastic bubbling inside will help protect it from dampness), but if you do use the bubble wrap you still must put in the cardboard please. Mail people tend to still want to bend those into boxes.

4) The page should be 8x10 in size. This way it fits in a business sized yellow manilla envelope.

5) If you get a piece of art that is not exactly your style, but fits the description above please rate 5. Eg: Someone sends a collage that is all about Anita and her job, and you don't think its worthy of displaying, as long as you can clearly see the theme is Anita Blake related, its automatically 5. Enjoy!
