NEWBIES ARE WELCOME!!!!!!!!! After you write your letter send a letter set consisting of 2 papers and an envelope so that your partner can write back!!!!! Hopefully they do because this swap is for keeping penpals and not just ratings!!!! If you do not intend on writing back DO NOT join!!!!
