Hate to see all those coupons that expire at the end of the year go to waste?? Put them to good use in this swap!

Minimum requirements: For this swap you will send at least 30 manufacturer’s grocery coupons that expire on 12/31/11 to your partner. Coupons must read “manufacturer’s coupon” and have a bar code.

Optional: Try to match the coupons you send to your partner’s coupon wish lists so they can save $$$ with the coupons you send. Send more than 30 coupons if you like.
Don’t forget to have a coupon wish list on your profile so that your partner can send you coupons you can use, too.

To join the swap, you must have five completed swaps with at least a rating of 4.8. Newbies with less than five completed swaps may also join the swap with a well filled out profile that includes a coupon wish list containing at least ten items.

Thanks for hosting this one, Stephanie! I almost threw out all of my 12/31 coupons - so glad I didn't!!

I don't toss out coupons that have not expired-I find someone to give them to whether it be here to a family member or friend or thru the mail to a friend. I have LOTS of good 12/31 cpns!!! My swap partner will get more than just the 30 coupons :) Still have lots of time to use those 12/31 cpns-maybe it would be a good idea to post a 12/31/11 expiring list of coupons you can use? If you don't have a weekly wishlist from the sunday papers-go to one of the sites that posts a listing and see what coupons will expire between now and 12/31

Do you guys find that in your neck of the woods it's getting harder and harder to use coupons? Here (Northern Virginia area) the "extreme" couponers have made it nearly impossible for those of us who are just using a regular amount of coupons (maybe one or two copies of each vs. 10+ copies) to use them. Either they have ticked off the store managers to the point where the immediately look at you with suspicion if you have coupons to use, or they clear out the store inventory, which I thought was frowned upon in coupon etiquette.

Anyway, I was just curious if others have been having that problem now that the show is so popular, and if so, how do you get around it?

No problems here yet in TN-not many use coupons here anyways in our area to be honest. I hardly see anyone using them. I do agree that the extreme cpning show has ruined it for alot of coupon users. I've been using cpns for over 30 yrs.

Luckily here in Alabama it isnt because we don't have the same chains as up north. I can get some items free or really low cost but I really gotta do my work! Its all worth it in the end though! My stockpile is really nice :) Like @DixieDiane I don't throw out coupons for any reason!! Whatever me or my family or friends can't use I include with my packages to the Army. Army families can use coupons up to 6 months AFTER they expire!!!

@TryshaH81 thanks so much for the info about the military families. I had no idea abou tthat. Where do you send them? I'd be happy to send my unused coupons to them to help out.
