SINCE IT IS INTERNATIONAL, THE MINIMUM RATING IS 4.80 TO JOIN. NEWBIES ARE WELCOME. ANYONE WHO IS QUESTIONABLE WILL BE BANNED AUTOMATICALLY.

Here is the swap...

Take a handbag/purse. it can be handmade or the one in your closet that you were going to donate anyway--just make sure its in good condition. NO RAGGEDY OR SHABBY BAGS PLEASE!

Stuff it with almost everything (see rules section) you can think of that you would find in your own purse.

example: lipbalms, samples, hand soap, stick of gum, pens, note paper, mini notepads, lotions, magnets, stickers, teabags, coupons, take-out menus, postcards, packs of kleenex, hair accessories, compacts, etc. you can even stick in a penpal letter to your partner in there!

And mail!

that simple.

A few rules:

Do: Use items from your stash as long as they are wrapped, clean, not expired, not stained, not torn. If you are mailing coupons, please make sure it is a national chain or online store and not expired so your partner can use. wouldnt that be considerate? Also if any of you have an esty or online store, you can include your business cards as well.

Do not: send trash! no wrappers, no used cosmetics, no shredded paper, old receipts, ticket stubs....sometimes we may have this in our own purse...but please do not send it. Unless your partner uses this for scrapbooking or art, its not useful or fun.

Do remember: Candy/edibles/ cosmetics/hygiene items--make sure this is new! You can send a piece of candy or stick of gum but make sure it is wrapped.

To everyone who signs up:

Please fill out your profile. I will be going through profiles and if I notice that some of you have nothing there, I will have to ban you especially if you have been on the site for awhile and have no trades, because I am not sure if you are a flaker and your partner will be at a disadvantage of what to send you.

If you are under 18, you will be banned because i believe the site says you have to be 18 to sign up. If you see any different, please let me know.

I will post this deadline for January, so that the packages don't come into the Christmas rush at the post offices.

Update: 14. December: I'm thinking the handbag should be no smaller than 7x8 inches. That is a middle sized bag, right? And there should be at least 5 items in the bag.
