YOUR European Xmas

I've recently moved to Europe and I'm just fascinated by all the different languages and cultures surrounding us! So, I thought it would be a good way to meet others from the continent, and learn about our countries through a sweet and easy swap :)

This is an "xmas" theme swap - to show off your country's xmas or winter holiday traditions. To include everyone, please make sure all your items are NOT religious, just cheerful/merry and in good spirit of the winter holidays.

You will send 2 partners each:

1 xmas notecard or postcard. Write a message AND to make it a little more interesting, include an xmas/holiday greeting in your language (or any languages from your country) - for example, what you would say instead of "merry christmas" ??

1 sheet of xmas-themed or winter-themed stickers

1 recipe for a traditional xmas/winter holiday meal from your country It can be for ANY course, including dessert, so choose your favorite! If you want, you can send the recipe in your language, with an English translation (it can be handwritten, typed, or from a magazine just make sure it looks pretty and neat enough to keep in recipe file)

1 teabag (wrapped) - senders choice but as always, check profiles for allergies and preferences.

Hopefully we can all learn something about our neighbors and make some new friends from the continent :)
