You will be making & sending (3) Nice & Neat FBs to your partner. These must be new and can be made for anyone you choose! The theme is St. Patrick's Day. Friendship books must be neat, not just a bunch of pieces of paper strewn together. They cannot be slams, friendship sheets or crams. Please be sure to send a decorated cover. A laminated picture is NOT a N&N FB. Covers must have some sort of embellishment(s).
