My favourite Japanese recipe #2

Hello everybody! =)

This is an e-mail based swap for Japanese food lovers! This is very simple: send to 3 partners a Japanese recipe they can try at home.

Of course, this is senders' choice about what kind of recipe send, but please take into consideration your partner's allergies (if any) and also that not everybody may be able to find very specific ingredients outside of Japan... maybe you can suggest a substitution for those?

It also can be nice to include an exta-recipe and/or a note about the recipe you're sending, how you got to know it, why you like it and so on, but this is not required; you should rate a 5 if you get an e-mail with a reasonably detailed recipe.
