Description:

Let's show one another where we live! This is a small swap, great for seasoned swappers as well as newcomers who need some experience and fun!

You will have one partner to whom you will send the following:

  • 1 postcard that shows off your city, state, province, or country.

  • A note with the name of the swap, your user name, and a brief description about where you live.

Any 2 small souvenirs from this list:

  • Refrigerator magnet

  • Keychain

  • Mini notebook

  • Pen or pencil

  • Sticker sheet

  • Set of buttons or pins

  • Bookmark

  • Any other small souvenir item that can fit in a regular envelope!

Items can be sent in a standard envelope. Please reinforce the seams and flap of your envelope with tape. I also recommend putting your items in a baggie, as the envelope runs the risk of getting torn during transit.

DO. NOT. FLAKE. I reserve the right to ban individuals. If you flake, you will be banned from every swap that I host, and placed on a flake list. Please give your partner's envie plenty of time to arrive before rating, since this is an international swap.

New Swappers: To fill out your profile, go to Profile. Select Edit Profile. Select Personal. You will be brought to a screen where you can fill in the sections or add your own information. Add a little bit about who you are, favourite colours, crafts you do, items you collect, hobbies, your likes and dislikes. You get the idea! All of this helps your partner to send you items that you will like or that you can use.

Rate fairly and have fun!

Do you want the note written on the postcard or can it be sent separately so that they have a clean postcard? :)

I think it might be best to write the note on another piece of paper or small notecard so the postcard can stay with the envie :D I know I personally love written-on postcards, but I don't know about everyone else!

Thanks. I just wanted to know before I signed up. I prefer my postcards "clean" too so that I can send them to my niece.
