Dr. Seuss' birthday is March 2. So for this swap you will make 1 standard ATC having to do with ANYTHING Dr. Seuss related for 1 partner. Write a quote, title of a book or story, draw a character, whatever you want. Make it nice, something you would like to receive. Please don't just slap a sticker on a 2.5 x 3.5 paper and call it done. Please no flaking!! I will angel if needed but I hope I won't have to.
