JiJ: Prompt me a Journal #1

This group swap is more on the advanced end of the scale. You will be creating and decorating a full journal for your partner. Because of the amount of work involved, more time will be given to finish this.

For this swap, you will need 20 sheets of A5 size pages (half a sheet of computer paper - 5.8 x 8.3 in.), and they must be at least cardstock thickness. You will need to bind these together in a way that they can be easily opened. Also bound with the 20 pages you need to add a front and a back cover of cardboard or thicker material.

Please look at your partner's profile to see what sort of colors and themes they like, and do your best to stick to this while creating the journal.

Decorate fully the front and back covers, adding your name, swap-bot ID and swap name on the inside of the back cover. Leave a blank place, such as a tag or label, on the front cover for your partner to give their book a title.

On the front and back of each of the 20 pages inside, add some small decorations along the edges or in the corners, leaving most of the middle of the pages for your partner to add their own items.

Do not just sticker slap or use only one medium throughout. This should be a well thought-out and constructed journal that you would love to receive yourself!

On a separate sheet of paper, include at least 20 journaling prompts to get your partner started on ideas to include in their journal. These prompts can go along with the profile inspired theme you used for decorating, or can include random journal ideas.

Be sure to package this up nicely so that it will not be damaged during shipping.

Eligibility

Must have a 4.95 or above. No recent unexplained 1s or 3s allowed. Must be a member of Journey into Journaling and be in good standing with the group. No no sends allowed period. Must have well filled out profiles.

I angel all my swaps, this one included, but I hope that will not be necessary. Please allow at least 2 weeks past the send dead line and attempt to contact your partner before requesting an angel.
