For this swap you will have one partner where you will fill up their mailbox with a CUPCAKE theme flat swap. First drop a flat surprise into the envelope that is cupcake theme (recipe card, notecard, stickers?) then decorate the envelope in a cupcake theme too! Is there a min for envelope size? Decorate just the front, or front & back?

No minimum size, and decorate till your heart is content, just make sure you would LOVE to receive it as well
