Pen pal letter w/goodies

This is a new type of pen pal letter swap I want to give a try. Rules, write your partner a 2 page intro letter or a reply back, on nice stationary & envie (they DON'T have to be matching, just pretty~if you want to design your own stationary & envie you may, just make it look nice. You can use stickers, deco tape, draw your own designs). But, along with this letter you are to send 1 nice size sheet of stickers (NO reward stickers, or flakes!) 1 nice store bought postcard (unwritten on), NO free/ad cards allowed! NO 1's or 3's of ANY kind, I WILL be watching, I see any they will be banned & reported to the group founder. NO ?'s asked!
