For this swap you will be sending your partner 30 coupons BUT-you will pick out 3 catagories of the type of coupons you would like to receive. I will list the catagories to choose from and below in the comment section you will list the 3 catagories of type of coupons you would like to receive.

Please send coupons dated at least 30+days till expiring from you postmark date. In other words if you send your coupons to your partner on the first of May-the coupons you send your partner should not expire before the first of June. If you wanna send shorted dated coupons-they will be considered EXTRAS and don't count within the 30 coupons you are sending for the initial swap.

Check your partners profile to see if they indeed have a request for the catagories they have picked-its always NICE to receive a coupon or two that someone could actually use and it helps to actually pay for the postage used to send her envie out to her partner.

DO NOT SEND-any coupon with store names on them, No internet printed, No fast food or eating out place coupons. Be careful to cut cpns out-all coupons must have expiring date or state No expiration date. They must have a scan code on them and becareful not to cut the scan code so it can be read by the scanner. Try not to send out multipule cpns unless they are on your partners wishlist.

HEALTH & BEAUTY-anything makeup, lotions, medicines, diabetic foods/supplies, dieting, ensure/older adult products, feminine products, deodorants, teeth, shaving, bodywash/bar soap, hair products, those 5 min energy drinks type products, bandaides/ointments, Eye care

BAKING-oils, shortening, cake mixes, brownies mixes, muffin mixes, jello/pudding (dry in box), sugars, flour, spices, pie fillings, breadings, baking products like corn starch/baking soda etc, cho chips, frostings etc

SWEETS and SNACKS-chips, cookies, candy, crackers, popcorn etc

CEREALS and BREAKFAST PRODUCTS-(Not Frozen-Not Juices) all cereals, poptarts, syrups, pancake/waffle mixes, Granola bars and those types of products

CANNED/BOXED/JARRED/BOTTLED/BREADS/MEATS/PRODUCE-Basically any food products that have not been listed above.

BABY-anything a baby would use-diapers, pullups type pants, foods, wipes, ointments/lotions, clothing, formula etc

MISC ITEMS-anything NOT listed above-has to be NON EDIBLE-bug sprays/products, Smoking products, Flea and Tick products, pet toys, bakeware, kitchen utensils, kids toys, videos (without anything else to purchase), office/paper supplies, craft supplies, candles, air fresheners, car products, hardware, video/computer games, ink cartridges, greeting cards (no store named), paperback books, magazines

Reviewing the swap-Send your partner 30 coupons, actual swap coupons must be dated 30+ days till expiring from your send date, you need to list your 3 catagories in the comment section (thats if you want to-not required) If you don't post them you will get whatever coupons your partner sends, Short dated (less than 30+ days till expiring) are considered Extras.
