Do you have any nice buttons -- that you just are not using? or an extra button from that expensive set you bought which is now an extra? A fancy button from a suit no one in your family has anymore? Pick at least THREE buttons and ONE frog for one partner. I am thinking of a frog closure - as you might see on a Chinese tunic, but any kind of frog is OK. If you have a frog-shaped button that would be the 4th button for this swap. If you have a frog on an ATC, that can be used. If you have cording and want to make a frog, that's great! This is international, but buttons should not cost too much to mail. Do not skimp on wrapping, especially if you send a shank button. if your partner gets an envelope with a hole in it, they might not receive all of their buttons. No shirt buttons. Do not make me angel! If you are not sure what you have, just watch this until you can go and check. The photo is actually 3 buttons and TWO frogs - literally any frog will complete the swap requirements, although hopefully most if not all will be more imaginative than my 2nd frog!. |
