Deco Swap-July

Send two decos to your partner. This is an international swap. You must have a rating of 4.95 or better to join. You must also have more than 15 type 2 or 3 completed swaps under your belt to join. No excessive 3's or unexplained 1's. The decos can have a theme or no theme at all. New or Established. Please do not send more than one homer. Also, make sure your partner has not already signed or that the deco was not made "FOR" or "BY" your partner. Please have a working knowledge of what decos are and already have these on hand to send. I will review profiles before assigning partners to make sure everyone meets the requirements for this swap. Have fun "decoing"!
