i've done a couple of these swaps recently that was open to the general public just take a small to medium notebook or journal and write out some quotes/sayings for each day, for 30 days. i'm thinking maybe 5 for each day. the quotes can be thought provoking, funny, etc... the notebook/journal you use can be handmade or storebought, and decorating it is optional.

I think she means 5 for each day. I write large and some quotes maybe longer than others so I may end up having more than one page a day. Does that make sense.
