create 2 cards for your partner to say Hi

Leave the inside of one card blank for your partner to use

Inside the other card write a short introduction message telling your partner who you are and where you are from

any card method can be used for our very first group swap

Because we have intenational members please give your cards time to reach your partner before you think about rating them

Good idea to pm them first in case mail is late or gone missing (some posties I am sure love our mail)

Make sure you have a fully filled out profile of your likes and dislikes

About rating:

If the swap meets all of the requirements, meaning that there is 2 cards sent, your profile was clearly taken into consideration, and your package was sent on time, you are REQUIRED to give at least a 5. You cannot rate lower if you did not like the design on the cards or the paper was the wrong colours

You cannot rate a "1" if you received a package. Period.

You should only use the 3 rating if the swap did not meet requirements to the point of excess. Eg. The swap was sent way past the due date,or had only 1 card and not 2 in the envelope

And if you MUST give a lower rating, please do so with kindness, AFTER all other attempts to work things out with your partner have failed.

This swap is all about friends and kindness, so please be kind and be fair.
