The dates sound totally fine to me...you can start finding your swap items straight away once you have signed up, right?!

Would this also include handmade items? I do a lot of handmade arts. I do papercrafts, I make jewelry, I sew. I just wanted to know if handmade would be accepted as well. This will help me decide if I can join or not. Please let me know :) -Emily

Says in the FAQ: "Swap coordinators should never dictate when hearts should be given. Also, swap participants should never demand that they receive a heart for their sent swap items. Hearts are only to be given at the discretion of each swap recipient."
