The idea of this swap is to fill a small bottle or container with tiny positive messages for your partner to open one by one. The blog post above includes a great step-by-step guide. Of course, you don't have to follow those steps exactly- feel free to improvise and get creative!

Please fill your bottle with at least 14 slips of paper with positive or encouraging quotes or messages (one message per slip). I chose to have 14 messages so that your partner can open one per day for two weeks. Please do NOT include religious quotes or Bible verses unless your partner's profile says they are ok with it, or if you get in touch with them directly. Used bottles are fine as long as they are clean and in good condition. Remember to package your bottles carefully if they are breakable.

Newbies are welcome, as long as they have completed at least one Type 3 swap. No unexplained recent low ratings- I WILL be checking!!
