Description:
Make 1 atc for your partner with a snow globe. Inside the snow globe should be a snowman , snow and anything else you wish to add. You must have at least three techniques/embellishments like glitter, Glossy Accents, textured snow, etc. You can make it into a shaped atc if you desire. The back ground around the snow globe should be designed also, not just left white, if you stay with the traditional size atc. Please make a sturdy backing and craft your artwork neatly. Minimum of 30 completed type 3 swaps, and 4.9 rating.
