Instant Photos!

Still rockin' your vintage Polaroid camera and film? Modernized to a Instax? Either way, this swap is for you! Send two (2) photos each, in envelopes, to two (2) partners. For those of you keeping track at home, that's four photos split two ways. Include a note so they know who you are. Tell them a little about your photos, too.

This will be a quick swap, but I've left enough time between the signup deadline and send date to take a few new photos specifically for your partners if you want to look at their profiles. You're not required to do so, however, and you can use photos you already have if you prefer.

This is NOT a swap for printed Instagrams or Polaroid Zink prints. You must send your own instant photos (the kind that develop themselves, whether pull-and-peel or white-frame). This is also not a swap for newbies, but if you haven't been rated yet, send me a message and I'll set up a private swap to get you started. This swap is US-only so we can all get by with one first-class stamp, but if you'd like to host a version for your own region, feel free.

LAST MINUTE ADDENDUM: a swapper asked if expired Polaroid film with wonky color and exposure was permissible. Since genuine Polaroid film is discontinued and it will all be expired soon enough, I see no problem with this. Please don't rate your partner down if you receive a photo that looks a bit off. Unpredictable results are half the fun, both in instant photos and on Swap-bot.
