BLING BLING BLING oh how some of us love bling!!!!! This swap is open to everyone!!! However I do hold the right to remove anyone I feel is questionable! You will have two partners, one card each. I'm giving a lot of time on this swap so take your time and have fun!!! You can complete both cards before I asign partners as it is senders choice. Please Rate accordingly. The ATC card needs to be sturdy NOT on cardstock and be the traditional 2.5 x 3.5 size. Anything goes on this one...have fun and make it stand out!!!
