FEB : Valentines Card Swap

Do you remember Valentine’s Day in Elementary school??? We all got a stack of cards with cute pictures and cheesy sayings that we cherished because they came from our friends. Some came with candy, others came with stickers and some were just signed with the scrawly handwriting of our closest friends and classmates. With that in mind, the theme for the February CraftyLink swap is “Cute As A Button” Valentine’s Cards.

For this swap you will create one 3 X 5 card out of any sub straight you choose and send it to one of our lovely group members. The final day to join the swap is February 10, 2013 and all Valentine’s Cards must be sent before February 28, 2013. Add your name and the name of the swap to the back of your Valentine card. Don’t forget to come back and mark your cards as sent and rate your swap partner once you receive your card. Give them a heart if you feel they sent something extra special, and also leave a comment.

Here are some links to some cheesy Valentines sayings and some cute little ‘extras’ that could accompany your Valentines’ cards if you like. These are just to get you started, you do NOT need to use any of these ides in the swap.
