Description:

Okie dokie Kawaiiaholics. How about for something a little different then what we've been normally doing?

Something small though to try and keep this crazy outrageous shipping down hopefully.

A Small Kawaii Whimsey Jar! YAY!

What's a Whimsey Jar? Google Images! Type in whimsey jar and search. Then type in kawaii whimsey jar and search. Then drool away. Make sure you have a towel or something on hand though!

Down to business now.

I'm making this a long send out date. Why? So everyone has time to get all their goodies if they plan to place an order and it has plenty of time to get to them in time to put in the jar. So please check shipping times when placing orders. Make sure your order will arrive in time to get your kawaii whimsey jar out in time!

The jar should be the exact same size of a stage 3 baby jar. A stage 3 baby jar holds 6 oz. If you can find something the exact same size by all means use it. I'm pretty sure it will be cheaper to send then glass.

If you wish to go bigger by all means go for it! Just a 6oz jar is the smallest you may go.

After you find your jar the fun part comes in. Fill it all the kawaii goodies you can! Stuff it full! Just make sure nothing gets ruined. We don't want to turn anyone into a sad panda now.

You can fill your jar with sticker flakes, erasers, lucky stars, cabochons, deco tape samples, candy, kaychains, cell phone charms, anything hand made that is well done, and anything else kawaii you may be able to fit in there.

Anything sent that can not fit into the jar is considered extra!

This is a senders choice swap. Though it's always nice to look at profiles and see what everyone doesn't like.

Now for decorating the jar itself. You only need to decorate the lid. By this I mean the part you see when the lid is on the jar. Find/make a big enough image to cover the top of the lid and stick it on the top of the lid. Then take some ribbon and glue it/tie it, just make sure it stays in place, around the lid and TA DA! All decorated. Now if you want to decorate the jar itself by all means go for it!

Once you've decorated your jar and stuffed it full of goodies make sure to pack it up all nice and snug. We all know how awesome the postal service can be at making sure packages arrive all safe and sound home...

Quick recap. 1 Tiny stage 3 baby food jar (6oz) to 1 partner. Senders choice. Fill it with kawaii goodies. Then decorate the lid all nice and kawaii like. Pack all nice and snug. Then send by the send date.

Please let me know if I've forgotten anything or anything sounds confusing and I'll be more then happy to fix and clear things up.

Awesome! Going on the watch list for now until I make sure I have enough tiny things to fill the jar. =)

So... it can't be bigger than a 6oz jar? It has to be a 6oz jar?

JemStone 02/ 5/2013 #

If you want to go bigger by all means. 6 oz is just the minimum. I'll fix that, thanks Rachel.

Fixed ^.^

Ok, thank you! I SUCK at finding tiny things. I'm watching now because my dashboard is full. I"ll join as soon as I get rid of some swaps. :)

Yeah, I will most likely go bigger as well.

We save all containers for art projects, i have everything but baby food lol. Salsa, pesto, ect. If it's not considered tacky i think i would like to use the planters sunflower seed jar. It's larger but it's plastic. Would really hate for it to arrive broken after working so hard on it

If you get ME as your partner, feel free to use plastic.... I don't mind at all and I also would hate to see it broken. :)
