I want some new fabric to make dottee dolls with so what you will do is cut out 20 pieces of material for Dottee dolls (about 5X5 inch squares bigger is ok just not smaller) this is international as these should be light you will have two partners 20 pieces of material each be sure to send a nice varity of prints and fun textured fabrics no plain boring fabric you can throw in some beads and fibers if you want but its not necessary Rules No newbies at least 10 swaps where you have sent something besides atc's and postcards. at least one Dottee Doll Swap you need to have an idea of the size of material to send. aim for hearts but remember granting hearts is up to the receiver Have fun

I like this idea, but i think there needs to be a definate size. i make my dotees quite small. about 4inches, and thin. a few of the dotees i've received have been 6-8 inches (before tails and hangers.) if you make small dotees, it won't hurt to receive extra fabric, but if i sent according to these requirements, my partner may be receiving material much too small for their dotees. see what i mean?

good point i edited it to say 5 X5 or larger I think this will be a fun way to get some new fabric pieces to play with.

5x5 should work really well. 20 pieces of anything larger will get to be both heavy and cumbersome to send. Good swap idea!

What do you consider 'fibers'? I see that alot and would like to have an idea of what others mean by that. :-)

Fibres are stuff like cottons, threads, ribbons, wools...at least I think they are!!
