This swap is super easy... you will email your partners 3 recipes that you have tried that are fast, easy and have 5 ingredients or less My hubby is getting ready to go out of state for work and I dont eat a whole lot so these recipe swaps will help me get a few more to enjoy...I love easy ones that take no time at all to get going... All recipes should be 30 min or less including prep/cook time No super new nebies trying to get fast ratings ... you must have at least 5 combined type 2 or 3 swaps under your belt

Does salt, pepper and spices count as ingredients?

Umm....I would consider those to be extras... this is stuff that is a meaningful ingredient... salt and pepper do not count...
