You will send at least 2 postage stamp bags to 2 partners. Please make sure no more than 1 of the bags will be due to be sent home to the originator after your partner receives it.

Most postage stamp bags start out with 5 stamps, take 3, add 5, fifth person sends it home. Sometime a reward is offered to the swapper who sends it home to the originator. It's fine if your stamp bag rules are a little different---please just make sure and indicate them clearly on the bag.

Stamps can be used or new.

I have only one postage bag home from another person, can I make the other 3 myself or do I have to skip this swap?

Yep, you can definitely make your own! That way you'll have some in circulation that will hopefully one day come back to you full of stamps!

I am new to the postage stamp bags. So, basically, all I need to do is to make my own bags and put several different stamps in it?? ANd when I get them in the mail, take out a few and replace them with a few more than I take out?? Just wanted to make sure I understand this swap!!

Yes, you should indicate on the bag how many you expect others to take out and how many they should put in. (I do: take 3, add 5) Most people make a list of 1 to 5 on one side for swappers to sign their name. You should also write your address on the bag so the last one on the list can send it back to you.
