Illusion swap #1 Thaumatrope (intr'l)

What is a Thaumatrope?

It is a simple illusion toy. There is a disk with images on each side.. From what I have seen there are two types.

• Type A) string Thaumatrope which has string/chain or rubber bands used to spin the thaumatrope.

• Type B) stick Thaumatrope which is where the disk is attached to a stick and spun by rubbing your hands together with the stick in between.(you can use a skewer stick to make this)

For this swap Everyone will have 1 partner and make 1 Thaumatrope (either type A or B) to send to their partner.

• The disk should be at least 6CM/2.3inches in diameter.

If you make a stick thaumatrope the stick should be MINIMUM of 10CM/3.9inches long - MAX 16 CM/6.2INCHES .

If you make a string Thaumatrope you can use elastic/rubber bands or any kind of durable string. At least 10CM/3.9inches for each piece of string.

• Hand-drawn/painted. Can use a variety of mediums but NO STICKERS please. Be creative and have fun with it. Make something you would love to receive :D

• Please use sturdy card stock for the disk.

• This is an international swap
