I have a question about this, and please understand that I mean absolutely no disrespect at all, I'm just curious. (I would also always abide by the rules in a swap!) Why is it that many swaps say no Zazzle cards? I'm curious. I haven't seen their postcards, but I know they use a high quality card for their greeting cards, so I'm guessing it's not specifically the card stock quality...

@desertunicorn I was wondering this also.

I think the reason behind this is that yes you can get a great card from Zazzle but there's also a lot made with poor quality. I think some are in poor taste or they aren't sturdy or have an unappealing design. I personally have no problem with them but I'm sure some people on here must have had a bad experience with them.

I think @JingleKeys hit the nail on the head. I've been lucky, every Zazzle card I've received has been a decent one, but I've only seen 4 or 5.

It's just a bummer though because I can't find any place in town that sells fun postcards other than our tourist-y ones at the drug stores/downtown. I checked some of the antique shops and again, a lot are 'boring' to me. Haha.

@DesertUnicorn - I just don't like Zazzle postcards therefore when I make swaps I make Zazzle only. There are plenty of other swaps that allow Zazzle and also anyone feel free to host their own that will allow Zazzle. Just my own preference. =)

Also, yes I've gotten a few and the quality is absolutely atrocious.

Thank you all for explaining! And, @kayler00 yes I know that others do accept or people can create their own swaps, I was just curious. I have actually only ever swapped store-bought post cards anyway, and never seen a Zazzle post card, so I was curious about the reasons. Thanks! :-)

@DesertUnicorn - No problem! You are most definitely welcome to join any of my swaps. =) Some Zazzle cards are nice but I've seen more horrible quality ones than the nice ones.

Personally, I have received some flimsy, poor quality 'official postcards'. I have ordered from zazzle many times and they are consistent in quality. Of couse you can say no zazzle because you are the host, but all pcs are a matter of personal taste...
