I am merely copying @ColoradoKate on this swap. She can't host right now and I wanted to do a Slam Swap, so with her permission... "Now that I have all this awesome kawaii... what can I DO with it?!" Let's make kawaii slams! Slams are a type of Friendship Book where each page asks a different question. The book gets sent around to different people, and you can eventually get it back. It's a great way to get to know other swappers! Be creative! You can use memo sheets (large, small, die cut, whatever!), lettersets, hand drawn pages, whatever you'd like. Just make sure that it is kawaii (the Japanese cute aesthetic).
You will send the following items:
Be sure you understand what a slam is! You need a page with who made the slam and who to send it to when it's complete, plus a sign in page for each person to put their information These are a couple of slams I made with lettersets. This is a video of a more traditional slam I made with 4x6 memos! You can ask anything you'd like! (But try to be respectful, of course.) Include a note with the swap with the swap name and your username. Please sign up for the next kawaii slam swap when the time comes so that you can pass on the slams! If we don't get our slams back, that would be sad. :( This will be one of our ongoing, monthly swaps. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
PLEASE ask questions! If you send me a PM, that would be best. You can also look for support in the forum thread I created especially for these swaps! It's titled "Sticker Flake Slams", but I'll field any slam questions there. I can angel this swap, but since this is a group swap, that shouldn't be necessary. :) <------ @rachelcdoyle can also angel this swap but again, shouldn't be necessary. :) |
