April Wrap Up Journal

This is a fun and easy journal swap for those who want to sum up their day without having to write a lot. Each day you will simply make a list of at least five things that happened that day and whether they were positive or negative things. You will put a positive sign or a negative sign in parentheses before you write each entry. There needs to be at least one positive thing and one negative thing.

Like this:

(+) I got to spend the whole day in peace and quiet in a motel room doing whatever i wanted

(+) I finally got a new tire and battery for my car so now I can get around on my own

(+) I got a mailbox full of happy mail

(-) We spent way too much money

(+) I got to ride for my first time on a motorcycle

No decoration is required. It will be easiest to do your journal in a mini composition sized notebook, but if you can't find one then feel welcome to keep it in anything. The only thing you need to send with your journal is a cheerful letter :)
