Hello Swappers, this is the first swap I'm hosting so any advice is welcome! **Lets Get Down To Business This will be a multi-step swap. You will have one partner, but I am asking that as a random act of kindness you send my hero, my grandmother, a surprise card/letter/note/package to her for her 92nd birthday (April 20th 1921) About My Gram Her name is Christine Parr, she still lives on her own and takes care of her handicapped son. I want her to be surprised with 92 parcels for her 92nd bday. Please include a return address and I will send you a 'thank you package' for sending her something. She doesn't get out any more except for Dr's appointments and to get the mail, she would be tickled pink and very surprised. Her Address: Christine Parr 842 Givens Tyler Rd Salem VA 24153 What To Send Your Partner This is a swap about your hero(s). Send your partner a detailed letter about your hero(s). Include things such as why they are your hero, when they became your hero, etc, etc. With your letter feel free to include pictures, poems, song lyrics, etc. Anything you feel accurately portrays your hero(s) and or represents how they influence you! Also, I would like you to decorate your envie, it can be any size, handmade or store bought, but decorate them with any artistic medium (collage, draw, paint, embellish, etc). Let's Sum It Up 1 Partner 1 Letter (1 page front and back at least, detailing info about your hero/s) Sent inside of a decorated envelope. Random act of kindness: Please send my grandmother something for her 92nd birthday (April 20th 1921) The Nitty Gritty** Rating requirement 4.90, unrated are welcome! I will go through every profile prior to assigning partners to ensure there are no questionable swappers. If you notice someone that you are concerned about swapping with, please pm me and let me know. I do reserve the right to ban anyone that I or other Swappers are concerned about swapping with. This swap is international as postage costs should be fairly low and my gram would love to receive something from any other country. If you are flaked on, I will angel once you have attempted communication with that swapper and rated them a 1. However, this is an easy, fun swap and I don't think anyone is going to flake right? ;D Thank you guys in advance from my gram! I can't wait to get her phone call when she receives these items! @Peatchy Thank you so so much for your kindness. Seeing everyone come together to surprise my gram for her birthday makes me beyond happy. You are welcome to send your card or letter whenever you would like. Just please wish her a happy birthday. Other than that its entirely up to you when and what to send her. She is going to be surprised that so many strangers care so much that they would send her something for her birthday! Thank you again!

I just wanted to say thank you to everyone that has signed up thus far! I'm overwhelmed by the outpouring of support from this community. I'm still fairly new, yet everyone here has been beyond kind, caring, and friendly and more than happy to take me under their wings and provide me their help and support. I am beyond grateful to you ALL. I also want to thank the ones who aren't signing up, but they are still going to send something! My Grandmother is going to be so surprised, she's not expecting anything for her birthday, so this will be great!! Thank you all again!!!

I just wanted to give a quick update: I just talked to gram, she has already received 5 cards! She is tickled pink, she keeps on giggling saying 'I knew you did this, i knew it was you!' She doesn't understand how I made it happen lol, but she said she is excited to see what comes in the mail tomorrow. She even said 'One came all the way from Germany, how did you make that happen,' lol I love that woman! Thank you sooooo much you guys for making this birthday so special for her!!
